Do not get the warranty on the tires! Waste of money. Tire blew out on the highway and I went back to use the warranty and was blindsided. I was never told to keep the tire so they can take pictures to the warranty company. The last thing anyone is worried about when a tire goes on the highway is keeping or taking pictures of the tire. DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY! WASTE OF MONEY!

Well they were able to accommodate me when I needed since I was late on my car registration. The only problem I had was that I dropped my car off in morning and I didn't get a call telling me that my car needed brakes. The receptions said she called early in the day which never happened since I was waiting since I had to work. I had to call them. At least my car was ready right before I had to work. Not sure if my brakes were supposed to smell but so far ok

Every time I call this place they always act like I’m bothering them. I just want service. Called on a Friday to make a appointment for Monday. Lady that answered said she couldn’t give me a appointment. Told me to call Monday at 830 or just walk in. I tried that Friday and the man said I couldn’t . Lost my business

So, I purchased a Groupon for Blatts Tire on the Groupon app. My sister in law always raves about the professionalism she experiences here, but now I know it's because she knows so little about cars that she will accept anything someone tells her.
First, the front counter person was not happy that I presented a Groupon for the State Inspection and Oil Change. Fine, I get it, you want to charge more for your service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Sent my car here for simple maintenance and tires. My car came home with more damn problems then before I sent it here. Technicians don't answer your questions clear, they give you the run around and just want to take your hard earned money. Horrible service! NEVER AGAIN! They don't even deserve the one star!

Terrible customer service. I came in on time for my appointment to get tires and everything started out fine until the older gentlemen who was waiting on me rudely asked me for my keys. He made another smart comment which I let go and then told me to wait at the counter while he walked away. He then commenced to have a conversation with a colleague about a restaurant that he was going to later and never came back to acknowledge that I was standing there RUDE! This was my first and last visit here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I have been going here since it was E J Korvette's auto center. Blatt took location over when the mall because a strip center. Blatt is a good chain. Only 3 stores but they carry name brands as well as select private labels as well (used summit brand with great results) I have always been pleased with what ever they do.

I've been here twice and I know of others that has brought their cars here as well. I am not satisfied with how they do business as they always have something to recommend. This bothers me because I know it's a business tactic which sacrifices customer's trust. I honestly get the vibe that this is a dicey shop. The people I that know that has gone there has decided to take their business elsewhere because of the same experiences. I have done the same as well. Reputation is good business, unfortunately for Blatt, they don't follow this business motto.

I have been going to this place for the past two years. I have a pretty old car and ive been using this garage for basic maintenance and tire stuff. They have been fantastic up until today. My car is definitely not in the best condition, it is 16 y/o and soon to be given up. I went in to get my transmission fluid changed and they told me that they needed to do an extra service in order to do the fluid exchange and i declined, which is fine. I did not have a problem until i picked up the car and i had mentioned i knew of a leak prior. This is a 16 year old car, i have brought my car into this garage

I had my car towed to this shop on a Saturday morning. Be sure you call in ahead of time because they do get very busy. I spent a few hours waiting here for my tires to be delivered from their warehouse and overheard them turn away several customers simply because they wouldn't be able to finish the workload for the day (by turn away, I mean they told them honestly that they wouldn't be able to get to their car and that Monday would be a better day to come back). I appreciate their integrity and not making any false promises to me or any of their other customers.

Recently had a tire that kept going flat. They were very helpful, inexpensive and quick! I got there around 11 on Saturday and ended up being out of there around 1 (there were a lot of people ahead of me, so still very happy with this amount of time!) I felt like they were truthful and honest with me, not trying to pull wool over my eyes, which is a very different experience than I've had with some other places. I will definitely be coming back here if I need any more servicing of my car.

Great place! We had a damaged tire that we bought in Delaware but was covered by a warranty. The folks at Blatt handled the whole thing for us, not only getting the damaged tire replaced under warranty but, when the original tire was found to be on two week backorder, convinced Michelin to replace all 4 tires and give us full credit for the 3 that were undamaged as well. Blatt takes great care of customers. An enthusiastic top rating!

DO YOU LIKE WARRANTY SCAMS AND HOSTILE TREATMENT? Then, by all means, visit this place.
After being a loyal customer for years, and spending hundreds of dollars there, this is the treatment I recently received:
I had a tire replaced under a road hazard warranty they sell. Instead of the replacement tire costing me about $50 (including mounting & balancing), it cost me over $100. When I asked why, I was told that the warranty company changed the terms. Interesting. I had 2 or 3 replaced there previously at around $50 each.
After I reluctantly paid them and was about to drive away, I noticed

Had four tires mounted and balanced, needed two chrome rims cleaned and bead sealed. They cleaned all four rims without calling (would have authorized, but at least call) and charged me an extra $50. They ruined one of my wheel studs, they ruined my wheel lock key. I noticed that they also installed one of my brand new directional tires backwards. I took the car back, explained it all, they fixed the tire and did nothing about the rest. Would not go back.
