My experience was horrifying here recently. My Alternator went after just six months. They kept my car over the holiday weekend to finally look at it Monday to replace it with the same exact Alternator for it to fail again. After having my car for a week they made up an issue with the Kia computer just so they wouldn't have to be responsible. They never offered an apology for inconveniencing me and my family or another solution. On top of all this they refused to refund me all of my money. Disappointing. Never again.

I found this company through google search for auto inspection service in PA. Called them on the number listed on their website and scheduled an appointment. I was pretty impressed when I got a text a day before the appointment. Things went downhill from then on - I took half a day at work to get my car inspected and when I go there the lady there tells me their inspection guy is out sick for past few days and she could have still helped me if I had bought a car from them.
