This had to be the best service I have ever dealt with when it came to customer service and removing things from a home. I called this morning to see what the cost would be of removing a couch. All communications were kind, professional, and wonderful. I will 100% be using these services again.

I highly recommend Junk Be Gone. I spoke with Justin and Victor on the phone. They were both friendly and transparent. There were two guys who came by to take away the junk. If you're looking to get your junk removed, don't look anywhere else these guys have you covered. They are very responsive, professional, and friendly. Paul who I spoke with for my original quote was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating with changes to my original estimate of junk. Victor and the gentleman he came with (sorry I forgot his name!) arrived right on time and gave a heads-up on ETA. They were so friendly and quick with removal services. Their prices are also very transparent and resonable. 10/10 would recommend.

These guys are way better than 1-800-GOT-JUNK. For starters, their prices are more reasonable. Further, they provide the exact same service. I set up my appointment weeks in advance and they showed up right on time. Victor and Justin (who hauled away my junk) were polite and professional. They answered all my questions and explained their pricing carefully. I even ended up paying less than the initial estimate on the phone. I would absolutely use Junk Be Gone over any of the bigger companies in the future.

Had a really good experience with these guys. Pricing was easy since I didn't have to list all the items. Justin and Kaeman came early since I was ready, were pleasant and quick. The load was actually smaller than I thought and was priced accordingly. Would definitely use them again.

I was referred to Justin by a friend for an in-home junk removal service. Justin was prompt enough to text me back providing various pricing options and even offered to first donate items that I didn't need, and then dispose off the rest. I then scheduled a time with Paul on the phone and he was absolutely prompt and courteous in responding back and providing next day pick up service. The two guys who came over, Victor and Nick, were again a pleasure to work with. They were kind enough to help me move a couple heavy boxes and chairs around the house and then took care of taking away a lot

Justin & Paul are absolutely great to work with. I sought out bids from 4 other competitors by email, and Justin was the only one that communicated back right away and reiterated exactly what I requested perfectly, to a tee! These guys were so friendly and cooperative ! In and out within less than 30 min to remove my loveseat sofa, made it look very easy. I will definitely recommend them and use in the future.

Called on Monday to schedule a pick up at one of my properties. When I called the guy on the phone scheduled the appointment for 10am Wednesday.
Once 10am came around, no show. So I decided to call and check in to see what was going on, and they tell me that the appointment is scheduled for 1pm now. I explained to them hat that was not he time we arranged and that 1 pm was not going to work. The man in he phone proceeded to be rude and obnoxious and told me he can cancel my appointment and I can find somewhere else.

This company has a bad attitude.

I contacted Junk Be Gone via their website online form. I received a call from Paul the next day and scheduled with them to clean out the garage of a vacant rental property. I didn't even need to be there. Paul called me 10 minutes before my appointment window was set start, and let me know that my guesstimate on how much truck space would be needed was close, but probably slightly more than my guess and quoted me a price that included removal of an old TV as well. Less than an hour later, Paul sent me pictures of before and after, and took my payment over the phone.

The job was done

I had an issue on a rental property I own where the Bagster guys told me they couldn't remove the bag due to narrowness of the alley (which was completely false, they told me the alley needs to be 12' wide, I measured the narrowest point I could find at 16'7). I called Junk Be Gone and spoke with Paul - he took care of it within 2 days, despite being busy right before the holiday, and did so for a very reasonable cost (on par with Bagster costs). We went with Junk Be Gone because they charged half the price that Waste Management wanted to remove one of those green bagster bags full of fall leaves and I'm so glad we did! Paul and Justin were exceptionally respectful and courteous, and they were right on time. We will no longer be using our standard junk service (Junk King) because these guys were cheaper, friendlier, and quicker. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody looking for a Junk removal service, and we will definitely be using them again!
