We moved into a new house in March 2020. And with moving and new house projects, we have needed old carpet, mattresses, boxes, etc picked up. Since March we have used Rubbish Removers 4 times. Every time Simon and team have been professional, friendly, prompt and cost effective. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

I had an appointment set this company and as I was on my way home to meet them I got stuck in an accident on the highway. The gentleman called me I told him I was going to be late I might need to reschedule. He then became extremely rude Told me that they no longer wanted to do business with me and hung up before I could even ask anymore questions. Do not use this company do not recommend this company to anybody else they have no customer service skills and no respect for the fact that things happen in life that sometimes cause you to be late. I repeat do not use this company They will be completely

Contacted the company on Monday and set up a time for Wednesday at 2 PM to pick up our load. Contact information was shared back-and-forth and I was assured that somebody would call to confirm the time on Wednesday. At 11:45 Wednesday I reached back out to the company and was told " you are welcome to use somebody else, thank you for your interest." No phone call was received and no explanation was given. Maybe it was just a rough day but tough to give more than one star in the situation.

Simon responded within minutes to my request and quoted a very reasonable price. I had several heavy furniture items that needed to be removed quickly and he was able to schedule me for the next day. Simon and his crew arrived on time, were courteous and did a great job! In. Out. Done. I like to support local, independent companies and Rubbish Removers did not disappoint!

Sid and his crew were fantastic to work with. They were very responsive and scheduled quickly. They arrived on time and quickly removed a very large and heavy entertainment center from the second floor. We found some more rubbish that they gladly hauled off for a good price.
