They went over my budget and didn’t include the chocolate I requested with the flowers. Flowers were pretty and the woman was nice on the phone but not completely satisfied with the overall service.
***UPDATE. An honest mistake was made and they have resolved the issue. Robin called and was very nice and apologetic. She and her staff went above and beyond to make it right. I upgrade them to a 5 star for the exceptional customer service!

FANTASTIC place to do business. First, they make you feel like they're GLAD you came through the door, and second, they make good on their guarantees. Any time I've had less than spectacular results with bouquets, roses, etc. they've replaced without compromise. The Robin's nest is our family's new "go to" florist in Waterville.

I am so grateful for the beautiful memorial-floral heart wreath and coordinating urn circlet that Robins Nest did for my Mom’s ceremony. Very professional and artistically executed, delivered well in advance of the Memorial service. I haven't bought flowers anywhere else since The Robin's Nest opened. Every time I get flowers from Robin at The Robin's Nest I am blown away. They are always fresh, carefully pieced together, and absolutely gorgeous. The cherry on top is that Robin is also one of the most kind and sweetest people out there. Wins all around!
