The staff at Augusta Florist provide phenomenal customer service! They went way above and beyond in handling my order. The friend who sent me flowers paid to have them delivered, but I ended up picking them up as I was in town for an appointment. To make up for the shipping cost I was given a candle and candy bar. To top it all off the staff who was helping me cut 2 leaves from one of their plants to use in bird baths I'm making!
