I rented a property managed by Cold Harbor Realty for two years. They were fantastic to work with the whole time. Any maintenance issues I had were resolved quickly and well. When I ended my lease, they were extremely accommodating and I had my security deposit back within days. The only reason I left the unit was I bought my own place! I would highly recommend Cold Harbor as a management company from a renters perspective.
