Amy and Ginger (the owners) are quick to respond to any questions and have been extremely accommodating to our requests/needs. We can't say enough great things and would highly recommend Compass. Enroll now for our Kindergarten Readiness Preschool Program. We have a limited number of spots available. This is a great way for 4 and 5 year old children to prepare for Kindergarten in a nurturing and engaging environment. Our East Bethel location offers an oversized outdoor play area with spaces for each age level. This means your child has limitless opportunities to play outside (weather permitting) with classmates! Today was my daughter's last day with Compass. It was a pretty emotional day for both of us. She'd been going there for a few years and loved it. I can't say that it was always perfect, but I can say that on the few occasions there was an issue, I felt heard and was helped. The staff are so caring and the owners truly care that each person's experience is positive. The sense of community is fantastic. The celebrations, the ways they reach out during difficult times, and the effort they put into relationships is unparalleled. I am sad that this chapter is over, but so blessed to have found such

Compass is a wonderful place where I am excited to bring my children. Every day they look forward to seeing their teachers and having a fun-filled day with friends. My son is about to start Kindergarten and couldn’t be more prepared, both intellectually as well as emotionally. My baby dives into her teacher’s arms the moment we walk into her room, smiles abound. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Moving to a new place is stressful, especially when looking for good care for kids. Our experience touring and following up with the Compass staff was easy and smooth. They answered all questions with honesty and were helpful in weighing various options. The facility was clean and comfortable. The kids in attendance were happy and taken care of. We are thrilled to have our two toddlers attending Compass Child Care!

I wish there were more stars to give! This center is top notch! The staff is amazing! I have yet to see one unhappy person in the building. My son has blossomed so much since he started in March and I wish I would have found this center sooner. He just turned 2 and is in the toddler room. He comes home singing songs, pretends to go on “bear hunts”, can name and identify shapes and colors, counts, and works on saying words properly a-a-Apple. We are so happy here and would never consider taking our child anywhere else.

Compass has the most dedicated, compassionate, child-focused staff. They work 110% each day to give every child an exceptional learning and growing environment that is safe, healthy, creative and fun. I love how they celebrate the uniqueness of every individual they care for. They accommodate food allergies and provide nutritious options while going above and beyond to remain inclusive. Their facilities are amazing and most days my son did not want to leave. When he graduated the pre-k program he was given a photo book of memories that he cherishes. He is going into first grade now and still talking

We have had a wonderful experience with Compass Childcare! They have made our son's transition to daycare so smooth. Ms. Jamie is wonderful! We love getting pictures and updates through the app. Everyone is always happy and so great with the babies! We are constantly telling people about our great experience.

Our son absolutely loves coming to day care here, which is probably the highest review we can give. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and you can tell the staff works hard to keep it that way. The app is so easy to use and keeps us all informed so easily, plus payments are a breeze. Highly recommend going in for a tour!
