When my furnace gave out during this winter's most frigid days while I was out of town, I knew exactly who to call. Hatfield's came to my house, assessed the problems with my 25-year-old system, and provided solutions. They didn't try to immediately sell me a new system, but offered alternative ideas to "limp" my dying system through the rest of the winter. After weighing the various costs and benefits, I decided to replace both my furnace and central air units. While we waited for the new system to arrive, Jake came to my home 3 times a day to check on the space heaters they setup to keep my pipes
