I saw many house wash ads but always had a concern if they know how to protect stucco. I found S&S Wash on a sunny afternoon when Scott was soft washing the Cinco Ranch Golf Club, which has stucco. Our brief chat built my confidence in S&S Wash and we had the service scheduled last Sunday. My wife and I are very pleased with the services and results. If you have a stucco house like ours, DON'T try power wash. I highly recommend that you give S&S Wash a call.

We had our metal roof washed after we moved in but in less than a month, the mold and grime returned. I've worked with Scott for many years but when covid came, lost his job. He opened a small business doing a new method of roof treatment and guarantees it for 36 months! Extremely fair pricing too!
Zero damage to our roof or plants and Scott was extremely professional and careful. We are super happy with the results and our house looks amazing. He also did our camper roof. Wow! Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the work Scott with S&S Property Wash did at our house. We have a tile roof and stucco house; the cleaning has made a big difference and it looks great!
