I am honestly shocked by some of the previous poor reviews because I have nothing but excellent things to say about Top South! My husband and I just completed a kitchen renovation and we used Top South for our counters and are beyond thrilled with the result! The gentleman that came to confirm our template cut down the size by 4 feet. It was difficult to get a hold of anyone at the company. Myself and my husband made multiple attempts to speak to someone at the company and was finally told they were “having issues with the phone”

Make an appointment so that you can get the appropriate level of attention. Good product selection. The level of communication throughout the process was exceptional. The installers were very professional and took significant care during the removal of existing granite and installation of new slab. Also, wanted to mention Julie B.’s attentiveness and support throughout the entire process made it a seamless, pleasant experience.

Had repair work scheduled for a 2 hour window on a Tuesday. Nobody showed up, but even worse, nobody called to explain why and apologize. I called and demanded a reschedule for a specific time (not a window) for the following Thursday. Wednesday night, received a call to 'confirm' a 1 hour window appointment that started an hour before my requested time, which I promptly demanded to be the time previously agreed upon. Repair 'crew' called in advance and showed up within 30 minutes of the requested time, which is acceptable. One guy, who was wearing a mask (COVID) properly, completed the repair

Terrible customer service. Waited until after I had paid my deposit to tell me that their install time was almost two months away. I cancelled within 30 minutes of paying but they still expected to be paid a cancellation fee. During this time, they did no work or incurred no expenses. Head to another fabricator.

Fortunately, we chose Top South to do our unusual counter-tops for our kitchen renovation. I knew it would be costly, but I have to say the price was very agreeable. It was amazing to deal with a company that actually did what they said they would do with no 'gotchas'. The communication, the consultation, the purchase process, the templating, the scheduling, the installation, and even the clean-up were all done better than expected. These days, it is difficult to find a contractor who will deliver a pleasant experience to the homeowner. Do yourself a favor with your new tops and let

I'm a general contractor in the metro Atlanta area with 25 years in business.
This company has been a staple for me for the better part of my time in business. However, I have noticed that their level of customer service has been slipping in the past year or two. No longer is there a priority on customer care and the level of professionalism is at an all time low. This is in regards to the office staff as well as the installers. My salesperson is a great guy and I'll miss working with him. It's time to move on and from the sound of things I'm not the only one. Take some advice

I paid a bit more to have Top South do the job based on their explanations of their time in business and the intense measuring they did before fabricating the counter tops. But, when the counters were installed, the sink hole was cut improperly, the corners did not fit the walls ideally, and the installers threw away some of my personal items and damaged my sink irreparably while cleaning up. The management refunded a portion of my money that I had to spend in replacing the damaged and thrown out items, but all in all, a tremendous amount of hassle was had given that they are supposed to be the

I'm surprised by negative reviews. I was looking up Top Souths phone number and viewed the low star rating. Have to rebutt.... Here's my facts. I started using them when Corion was the rage in the early 2000's. Since, we have puchased 5 more times ranging from large full kitchens with islands bars to single vanity jobs.
My wife and I have been treated with complete respect at our house and when we pick out the slab at their location. Their crews do the installs when scheduled and you cant see seams, clean up is good etc.
Without hesitation, this coming week we will be buying 2 more

It's the worst customer experience I ever had. It took a month for a installation and then when my tile person tried to install the backsplash it was not level. I called them to tell them they said it would be a week before they could come correct their mistake. Never use them because they only want your money.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Joann setup a countertop measurement appointment with me. I waited for four hours that morning, no one ever showed up. I called the office and they said they had no record of my appointment. No resolution except to reschedule - three weeks later. I let them know I would need the appointment to begin at 8 so I would not be late for work. The guy measurement guys (2) showed up at 9:07 am and were incredibly rude. They accused me of lying about my appointment time. The older measurement guy called Joann and they discussed me in front of my face saying

Went online looking for a granite company today and realized that Top South was very near my office. Their website says Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. -- No Appointment Necessary. The one lady at the front desk was very rude and I was then told I needed a specific sales person and that "their salespeople work by appointment only." Whatever. We will use someone else.

Went in early on a week day morning. Worked with Dan who is very knowledgable, talked through pros and cons of all tops. We went with the delicatus granite and couldn't more happier! They came out on time and were actually a few dollars less than original quote.
I would recommend this place again, they are the experts and do it best, I have used others in past, by far, best countertop experience.
