We specialize in quality kitchen, bath, bar and fireplace countertops of natural stones like granite and marble, as well as engineered stones like quartz. Miles Crowe started the business after being in the industry for a few years.
Through various experiences, he learned about design, installation and sales early on in his career. He believed that he could do a better job than most when he started CCC. We specialize in quality kitchen, bath, bar and fireplace countertops of natural stones like granite and marble, as well as engineered stones like quartz. As a member of the Granite Countertop Warehouse, Crowe Custom Counters is able to bring you the buying power that comes from going directly to quarries and buying in bulk.
When you need or want a beautiful, resilient natural stone granite should be your choice. Granite resists heat and scratches and when properly sealed will not stain for years to come. Granite color and grain can vary, so visit CCC to pick out your next countertop. The polish on a granite countertop with normal wear and tear will not fade.
A beautiful traditional choice that is best in a medium traffic area, like bathrooms. It is also often used for fireplace tops and surfaces. It offers a wide range of natural color and is very resistant to heat. It is not as stain resistant or as tough as granite. Marble gives you more of the "Old South" or "Antebellum" look than granite.
Proper sealing of natural stones will prevent any staining that could occur due to the honed finish. Sealing, traditionally was done on an annual basis. Today's stones may only need to be sealed every 3-5 years. Check with your CCC professionals for sealing advice. Sealing is something that can be easily done by you.
Chances are you will need a sink and / or a faucet when we install your countertops. As a convenience for our customers, we work closely with IPT Sink in Alpharetta to help "finish" your countertops. Great experience working with Woody! We had been to 7 other warehouses to try to find the perfect countertops and finally found what we were looking for at Crowe Custom Countertops. Everyone we worked with was super professional and on time. After picking out the kitchen countertops, I found a vanity I loved for our powder room and texted Woody to see if we could also have the vanity templated for a countertop. He helped us make a quick decision on that and we are so pleased with the installation. Great service and would highly recommend!

Beware of poor customer service. This company messed my whole order up delivered the wrong items then blamed me for the mix up with the order. There customer service manager Amy is horrible and very demeaning. She does not know how to do service recovery. Amy never took accountability for the company sending the wrong stones, never apologized and spoke to me as if I was her child. She threatened to take me to court over there own mistakes. The company manager Hiro is just as bad I requested to speak to him about the problems I was having and he ignored my request. Never received a call back from

This company is so unprofessional. They brought the wrong pieces of granite to my house I had to speak to several people about rectifying the situation and no one seemed to know what was going on. There was a lot of miscommunication on there part with there staff. They never admitted to the mistake on day of delivery. The customer service manager AMY was so rude and unprofessional threatening to take me to court for no reason. She made me feel as if i was the reason for the mistake when clearly they cut and brought the wrong pieces to my home. i asked to speak to the manager Hiro and he obviously

My consultant here was Mr. Martinez, very professional, no high pressure, very informative and they had a great selection of granite. I looked through a lot of beautiful slabs until I found my match. The perfect one for me.
I was given an estimate and we agreed on it. Following Monday Jose came to measure. Very quietly and efficiently He measured and answered all my questions, and I had a lot of questions. The following week the granite was installed by two very industrious guys. They worked together seamlessly and like clockwork, the granite was finished. They did an amazing and very beautiful

First let me start by saying this process was the easiest we have ever encountered. The laser measuring was awesome, spot on and a perfect fit. Jose' did a wonderful job. Our sales person, Dan Beck, was spot on for what we were describing and the outcome we received. Love my entry stairs. I am so surprised by some of these previous reviews! My experience was excellent from beginning to end! EVERYONE-- from Beth to the gentlemen that installed my countertop...were punctual, professional, and really nice! I got a quote within 8 hours of my request, Beth was extremely helpful and was very willing to answer the same questions (even when I asked it several times in the same day)! The gentleman that templated my counter space, arrived on time and was helpful & respectful (especially regarding Covid-19 standards). The fella that came to install my countertops, also arrived on time

We visited the showroom on 1/4/2020 and Cynthia showed us the slabs we felt matched our requirements. She put a quote together and after discussing it with the approval of her management set an agreed price. We are reviewing the copy of the paperwork as we speak. we will call them for a date to measure our kitchen and go from there.

I had a number of problems with this company and do not recommend. First of all, I had them remove old countertops to be replaced. All i asked was that what was that the coverage be the same. After the template was measured they said that I needed a 10 inch rough cut back splash which I was charged for an additional 10 sq. feet. The existing backsplash was 6 inches so I was skeptical. No worries, I'll pay the extra $470.00 or whatever as long as it looks correct. The installation day came and they installed a 10inch section down one side of the countertop. They don't treat small jobs seriously (anything less than 10 grand to them is small it seems)
They make you feel like you should be grateful for them choosing to do your job.
Our "project manager" Cynthia repeatedly shared how some of her customers had 1000 sq ft / $65 - 100 per square jobs. She however added no value to the experience and in nearly every interaction expressed attitudes ranging from indifference to outright annoyance for having to speak to us the few times she had to. CAUTION: Crowe set my kitchen back over 10 weeks and it might end up costing me more time as we get closer to the holidays. They made me wait over 3 weeks just to get the template and then when hurricane Maria got in the way of that appointment they made me ANOTHER 3 weeks more. So they had already wasted 7 weeks of my time when they were a a complete NO SHOW on installation day. First the sales manager adamantly denied the mistake, "NO Ma'am she said, saying my appointment was for the following day and only after I sent an email with irrefutable evidence did she admit the error

Well I have honestly never been more impressed with customer service and emphasis on customer satisfaction than with Crowe, and with Lynsey, in particular! She was incredible to work with! Wow!!! I had some issues with a slab of fairly fragile material, and Crowe never hesitated and remade the whole kitchen, just to be 100% sure they matched the flow of the material veins. OMG, I don't know what happened with some of the negative nancys on here, but I bet they did not try to work with the company to get it right.
