I will give this 2 stars for the following reason. I did not actually meet any of the people that live there, they may be great people.
That being said I was looking for a place to put my 5th wheel for a few months due to work and I always look at several places. The pictures on Google maps look great thats not how it is in reality. This place is run down. Across the main road there is a homeless camp that looks like its been there a while. It was actually on the top of my list for places to stay until I actually drove through it and at that point I crossed it off my list. I should have taken

Extremely poor management! Never answers or returns calls! Never in office even when they put a note up saying when they'll be back! Once had management walk into house without permission while i was sleeping, they're excuse was, "well no one answered!" Also, some neighbors are extremely obnoxious and clearly on drugs. Even caught a neighbor hiding behind stuff in his yard watching my fiance. Would not recommend to anyone!

I have lived here for 20 plus years.
The new owners are updating, but failing to maintain what is already here.
They have made promises, night security, no druggies, availability of management. No promises have been kept.
A street sees a ton of traffic, pretty interesting people.
Laundry room is disgusting, probably hasn't been cleaned since they bought it last year.
If you continue to raise rent, raise quality of life too.

I would leave 0 if I could. I was a tenant there moved out back in June of 2018 and am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Been 3 months and still no deposit or explanation at all. I have called numerous times and get nothing but the run around. The management is very unprofessional and very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! The old owners were great but the new owners are not good people at all. Just beware!!! I will be seeing them in court because that's the way they want to play it.

The manages wife is so rude and unprofessional. While I was there they openly discussed a tenants SMUD that was being shut off the next day but they have been collecting there money for it in there rent... Sounds like it wasn't being paid by them like it should. The day I trust walked in she was grumpy looking and looked like she didn't want me there without even talking to me... I don't think they're good management the place has to many vacancies and with her attitude I can see why! The daughter Tiffany was nice and very professional though.

I have lived there. My bike was stolen off my place. Very trashy section of the park I must have lived in. disrespectful peeps with their loud music, drug dealing, welfare low lifes. complained buy manager said we're building a case. TOO many rules in the park. Pool was rarely open. Gated access doesn't mean a thing when it stays open so long after you enter or leave. Better RV parks around town than this one.
