I thought this was a nice rv park, I liked their pool, and the privacy fences, and office guy was very nice. This does not hold enough weight to my disappointment in this rv Park. I asked to stay for a month, they said it was fine. One day I get a note on my door and it says they can't have me for a month, literally no reason at all. Called and emailed the guy like fifteen times trying to understand what I had done wrong or what the reason was. Only to hear , they didn't have any reason and I had 24 hours. This is extremely unprofessional. The neighborhood outside the gates is still very dangerous

This park is beautiful, clean, and well landscaped. We didn't know we couldn't have mail delivered so when we couldn't find our mail we asked the manager. He was yelling and cursing at my husband. Even followed him out of the office to continue arguing. My husband was afraid he was about to be hit. It was bizarre!!!!

I would give this place no stars but that is not an option. It’s a rip off!!! Had a reservation near the July 4th holiday for 10 days and could not make it. Called just one day late per cancellation agreement and they said I was on the hook for the entire amount not just a day or two due to their lost revenue. They could have easily rebooked the spot with the county/state fair occurring. They were rude and not very accommodating. Very poor customer service specifically by the on sign manager.

What a beautiful gem in a not so beautiful city. We travel for work and never know what to expect, and what a pleasant treat it was to deal with Bruce the manager! We extended our stay twice and he was right on it. And a beautiful spot with privacy fences dividing every site , nice pool. I didn't use the bathrooms or laundry but both looked nice. And for once a park that says WIFI and they really mean it, never had a time it wasn't at full stream!!!! Only down side is the road noise but we are in the City so what can you do, I sure couldn't take it away from the park and it top rate staff.

Hands down one of the best places we've stayed. Each spot is private with their own little fence. The park is quiet and well maintained. The manager is professional and friendly, obey the rules and you won't have any problems! We honestly couldn't have asked for more. It felt safe and welcoming. We definitely plan to stay again when we are back in the area.
