I got my solar thru Solar bill review last year and Jon was a great person to work with. Few days ago Jon go always my PGE bill help me understand every lines on the bill after my solar up n running, gave me idea and suggestion for my electric usage. This is not my first time getting solar, few years back I installed one for my olde house and I know the benefit n how it work. However solar bill review offer very good pricing and customer service, so far I have nothing but good experience with them.

My critter guard fell off due to high winds we had a week or so ago. I reached out to Solar Bill Review and before I knew it I received a call from Melody stating she was working on it. After multiple back and forth phone calls, emails with Hooked on Solar and her keeping me in the loop where we are with things, my piece to the critter guard was finally installed. We wanted to get solar this year (2021) for a few reasons: the federal tax credit possibly dropping in the coming years, PG&E rolling out NEM 3.0 next year, increase our house value, newborn baby and increasing power usage, and possibly getting an electric vehicle. Our sales associate was Jon Landsman. He made our solar experience absolutely great. I thought the customer service was the best part. Jon helped us through the process and was there to assist whenever we needed. Very responsive throughout the process. Having a bill review to understand how your doing in the first year was also very nice. Definitely recommend the Solar Bill review team and Jon. During August of 2019 we decided to invest in solar, and after online searches decided on SunPower panels. Our first contact was with Jon Landsman who visited our home and subsequently guided us through the process. Jon is both personable and professional. He answered all our questions and gave very prompt replies and information when needed. We wanted to have the system installed by the end of the year and despite some delays (seems everyone wanted to sign up for Solar!), he facilitated that goal. We just got off a follow up call with him and it reminded me to write this review!

My interaction was brief and unfortunate. I've been looking for solar quotes to have an off the grid system installed. They were the first to tell me it can't be done. And while I may not have liked to hear that, what was unfortunate is I had a meeting scheduled and I just got a short email saying I can't help you, canceling our meeting, peace out. They didn't leave space for questions or further explanations or even additional options. That was it, and transaction closed just like that.

This review has been long overdue. Bill help us with our solar install back in 2014. Bill and his team were great to work with. Bill is personable, reliable, honest and made sure you were taken care of and happy every step of the way. There was even a situation that came up months after the install and he took it upon himself to look into it for us when he didn't have to. He would check in with us after to see if everything was good with our system.
