I am so pleased that Dr. Bates got me out of pain and discomfort on my lower back and knee… It is amazing how I feel now . I can walk and stand for long period of time with no pain. Great experience. I went from painful walking and standing to pain free. Dr. Bates is intelligent, kind, and very thoughtful. She treats the body as a whole and the activator method of adjustment is painless. No snapping or cracking involved. They treat the root of your problem at Abundant Life Chiropractic not just the symptoms. I’ll maintain my visits since I was 3.5 inches off on one side to start snd now down to less then 1/2 inch! Dr. Bates has been very helpful to my needs over the past few years. I had my first grandchild about a year ago and started experiencing pain in my left shoulder and arm upon lifting and holding her and unable to sleep pain free. With Dr. Bates chiropractic adjustments and her suggestive at home work out therapy I am pleased to say I am on the road to recovery. A change in work location and expectations led to a great deal of pain. I found Abundant Life Chiropractic and have been very pleased. (And I have seen 4 others chiropractors over the years because of moving.) Dr. Bates is very thorough and takes time to be sure she is addressing all of the issues you may have, even if they weren't the ones that brought you to her office in the first place. I am now almost completely pain free.

I've been going to Dr. Bates and Abundant Life for about 4 years now and I highly recommend her. She takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment and honestly cares about her patients. Dr. Bates has been my Chiropractor for over a year. I first went to her due to shoulder pain and not being able to raise my arm without pain. I’m now pain-free. I love that she doesn’t use manual manipulation, like many other chiropractors. The Activator Method is painless and doesn’t make me anxious like the anticipation of manual manipulation always did.
