We are based out of Cambridge, Minnesota with a commercial licensed kitchen, and will travel to work onsite at your facility (travel fee may apply over 50 mile radius). Caprese larege pearl couscous pasta salad (fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, onions with a made from scratch balsamic dressing). Italian garden salad (made from scratch Caesar or creamy Italian or zesty vinaigrette dressings). Your choice of either ham or turkey croissant with provolone cheese (honey mustard or ranch aoli sauce), or egg salad croissants.
We can customize a menu for just about any type of event, venue or celebration, from 8-800 guests. Yes, we are familiar with the popular venues in the Cambridge, MN and surrounding areas.
