Chef Jeff Catering is a family owned and operated business in North Minneapolis. We are a full-service custom catering company meaning your event is not our only priority, because so are YOU. We are mission driven; we value people and our relationships with them over transactions. We strive to provide exceptional service, leaving you feeling cool, confident and totally covered on the day of your event.
Our story begins with the one and only, Chef Jeff Riley. He was exposed to working in a kitchen at the age of 16 and moved to working for his family's business at 18. These early days are where his passion and enthusiasm for cooking started to bloom. He enjoyed meeting new people and serving them excellent food, all while learning and expanding his own skills along the way.
We offer full service catering options to cover all of your event needs from start to finish. Our exceptional crew can handle everything from onsite set-up, serving and tear down. Enjoy your event knowing that we'll take care of all the details. Budget planning: Your money matters. Our event coordinator will work with you to help you stay within your budget and offer options to save you money.
Our vision for the future is growing OUT, not up. We don't want to be the most profitable or commercialized catering company; our competitors have that covered. We worked with Chef Jeff and his daughter Amber to create a customized menu for my moms birthday dinner! To say it was amazing would be an understatement. We had a party of 6 but they can accommodate any size. They bring everything you need including silverware and tablecloths, which also means no clean up! The food was incredible and the price is very reasonable for the number of delicious courses! It was such a fun way to celebrate without having to go out and such a fun culinary experience. Chef Jeff took care of everything so we could enjoy and celebrate family!

Chef Jeff Catering did our entire cater for our student organization at the at the University of Minnesota! They helped me immensely when I had a caterer back out at the last minute! Everything was beautifully done throughout the entire process and the food was even better! The appetizers from our event was raved about and our organization will definitely be contacting them again for future events! All very reasonably priced as well! What a privilege to work with a great group of caterers!

Chef Jeff catered our company lunch on Administrative Assistant's Day and everything was wonderful! The food was warm & ready to eat! It was well presented and delicious. They arrived on time, set up quick, were extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. We would definitely use their services again in the future!
