Had a bike brought in for a diagnostics, ended up needing a head rebuild took about 3-4 months to do so. Total was $1100 for labor and so I was hoping to get a high quality job done ended up walking out with the bike pretty dirty and non running due to it needing a neutral position sensor seal replaced although they said they had it running and driving so I trusted there word. When I got home and replaced the seal the bike wouldn't start no mater what I did. ended up needing the valves adjusted wich I was very disappointed about because I payed them to do that.

Please read all the one star reviews for this company!! My brother sold his bike to them yesterday. they inspected the bike and wrote him a check for 5000.00. He signed the title over to them and the next morning Shannon sent him a text saying they stopped payment on the check. I saw all the texts ....It should be illegal to take a bike and then stop payment. Our family is talking to a lawyer

Deeply disappointed in the service department. My bike sat there a whole 6 months and they charged me $750 for it to be just a spark plug cap. Not only did I miss riding season they kept feeding me with "your bike should be ready in 2 weeks". When it was all said in done it didn't hurt them to have it sit for that long but when it came to paying and picking it up they only gave me 6 days.

Everytime I go into this place, I receive nothing but rude, arrogant customer service. Or I’m completely ignored. They act as though there isn’t another dealership in the country. Prices are always high end on their inventory. Parts department? If you enjoy talking to a cocky, know it all, you’ll love it. Otherwise, stay away.

I had a great experience dealing with Jessica here! It was painless. I ordered a CT 125 from here & there was a slight wait but she kept great contact during the wait. The whole staff was very nice & easy to deal with including the parts department ect. Thank you Jessica I hope to do business with you in the future!

I just spoke with a sales manager who basically told me I was a liar. I was told I'd be called back twice today and am still waiting. Jessica the sales person said she'd call me back in 10 minutes ... I'm still waiting on that call. Which is fine I think they just need to set expectations. So if they said we are really busy and honestly we don't have the product to meet the demand nor the personal to assist with your purchase at least they be honest. I wouldn't expect this dealer to be able to work with you remotely. Maybe if you came in it'd be a different story but I'm not sure. I'd give zero

Was very happy with my experience at Lexington Motorsports. My salesman Anthony was very knowledgeable about the Can-am Ryker I was buying. Evan, who handled my financials, was able to get me a great deal that had me switching to their loan company instead of the one I had planed to use. Worked out even better because I was able to drive it off the lot that day instead of having to wait. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Even if they do have to drive there from Louisville.

Bought a used Can-Am X3 today. I dealt with Jason, one of the sales guys. I originally reached out to him after hours because he posted it on FB market place. Was super responsive even after he was off the clock. I feel like I paid a fair price for a machine with only 663 miles even in the market we're in now were used go for almost new prices. Will definitely be my first call if I go to buy another toy.

This is my second Ducati I've purchased from LMS. I give massive kudos to Justin H for the whole buying experience. He is a almost perfect blend of passion and professionalism. He get's the emotional attachment people like me have with their machines. Honestly Justin did not have to "sell" the bike, It pretty much sold itself but he did make the purchase process sooo easy. He was on point with assistance and information. Highly Recommend!!!

Marty was my salesman and did a great job. Worked with me over the phone over the course of several days answering all my questions and working to get me a deal i was happy with. As requested had all paper work and the vehicle ready to when I got to the dealership since I had to go to work that afternoon.
