The entire team at Richmond Motorsports is amazing! I just got my M2 in July of 2021 and within a few weeks was introduced to the excellent service at RM, including the repair of my Ninja 500, new tires and service on my 2007 Honda Shadow, and the help with winterizing my bikes. I’m so glad to have such a reliable and trustworthy team to support me in my new passion of riding!

A place to avoid! I gave permission to Len, the owner, to trouble shoot an over heating problem at low speeds. He said he'd first check the most inexpensive possibilities and get back to me. He never got back to me and charged me over $1200 for his time and it did not fix the problem.
The Honda dealer new what the problem was right away. The proper fix was 15mins of labour and a $12 part. If the problem was what Len wrongly thought, he charged almost 3x the hours Honda allocates for the same job.
Len refused any reasonable ways to work this out, either Len has major ethical problems or he charges

New front and rear tires for my 2011 Suzuki Vstrom at a decent price (matched F9). While they had the bike, got a call that my front brakes were in poor condition. Got an on the spot price quote for the replacement and caliper service. Excellent service with good communication. I highly recommend RMS!

Had issues with my visit, got my front tire changed and chain and sprocket replaced, was suppose to get a gold and black chain. Girl in front said she can do a bit better on the chain on my first visit without me asking. When I brought the bike in to get it worked on came back with a grey chain. Girl said I asked for a cheaper chain so that’s what I got, I did not ask for a cheaper chain! I did not ask for discount, she offered it. When I dropped off my bike I asked again if it was gonna be black and gold chain she said yep the only ones we use. Surely enough when I went to pick it up it wasn’t

Worth the drive / ride out to Richmond. They took amazing care of my Honda 954, and have been on time & totally reasonable with fees charged. Have had major work done from rebuilds to just oil & tire maintenance. The garage guys know their way around a wrench, and the girl working the counter was super friendly and got me some amazing deals on parts & I got exactly what I ordered 👍

They have consistently good reviews for a reason. Tannis on the phone knows bikes and is very helpful at getting you the parts or service that you need. Len and the guys in the shop really know their stuff. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The shop is spotless, clean and organized.
