We would like to introduce our family so that you have a better understanding of who we are as owners. My name is Josh Whitaker and I am the onsite owner and co-director with Mrs. Mindy. I played professional baseball for 6 years in the Oakland Athletics farm system. My degree is in education because I've always felt called to teach children.
My wife, Katie, is a marketing manager with Moe's Southwest Grill. In the past, she started out as an infant teacher and progressed to leading a childcare center as a director. She has a Bachelors in Business, her Master's Degree in Marketing and is very passionate about the childcare business. We have two children, Whitley (9) and John-Wesley (5), who will also be attending the center.

I cannot express with words how grateful I am for Learning Ladder. It is far above any childcare learning center that I have ever seen. Ms Victoria in the pre-k is exceptional. She is by far the best teacher I have ever encountered. I have 4 children and my grandson attends now. They take time to work with the children at their level. Mr.Josh (Owner) is at the facility and is involved with the kids. They love him and make a point to tell him goodbye. They took time to work with my grandson and get him where he needed to be. Thank you Lord for this special place!

Learning Ladder Christian Childcare is truly an exceptional early learning center. My husband and I have no doubt that the staff at Learning Ladder is dedicated to the needs of our child and her peers. We enjoy the transparency and increased levels of communication that Learning Ladder provides concerning the academic and social well being of our daughter as well. Words can not describe my appreciation and gratitude for the amazing care Learning Ladder has provided my daughter throughout Pre-K and the continued care they continued to provide for my 2 older sons and daughter throughout their Summer Camp program. It was such an amazing sense of relief to know such amazing and caring personnel were caring for my children. They all made it feel as if I was dropping off the most precious members of my family with family and not just some child care facility filled with staff. As it is with great regret that are not be able to continue after school care for this

Our kiddo started in the nursery and is now in the 3 class. We love the owners who are always available and usually on site and are great to work with. Its great to have a daycare that cares so much about the kids, and uses their profits to keep the center clean, fun, up to date and safe. There are several other daycares closer to us, but we go out of the way because of the amazing staff and care that we have found at learning ladder. I know my kiddo is safe and loved like he would be at home and learns not just plays.

Great center for the kids. Friendly welcoming staff. Just Amazing my child loves it. Military family and at the time of move we were frustrated with trying to find daycare centers and Learning Ladder was my last option because every other center turned me down with waiting list so I emailed them and they responded the next business day and My husband and I were able to tour the center and I absolutely feel in love the cleanliness, smiling staff members, and happy children. I knew from that moment I wanted my daughter at the facility and ever since she has been enrolled I have no complaints absolutely

My daughter has been with Learning Ladder going on three years...before that, she was at three different daycares. I cannot stress how wonderful the owners, directors and staff are!!! They really do love our children like their own and actually feel like a part of my family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

My son is new to learning ladder and is three years old. We absolutely love our experience thus far and he is learning so much compared to our previous daycares. Every day when I walk in to pick him up they are doing something educational while playing or reading a story. It is great preparation for pre-K or Kindergarten. 10/10 recommend learning ladder christian childcare!

My 2.5 year old son has been attending (previously known as Foundations) Learning Ladder a little over a year now. My son absolutely loves it and loves his teachers. It was new ownership now and they are doing their best in making many positive changes and upgrading everything. I highly recommend sending your child here!!

My 2 year old daughter started Learning Ladder in August 2019. When I was looking for day cares, I was stressed out because some of the day cares I talked to would not show the centers to me at certain hours, which made me feel uncomfortable to enroll my child. Before Learning Ladder, I visited another day care and I was very disappointed with the facility's lack of cleanliness, small size, and crying kids with no comfort given.
