Spivey Orthopedic Clinic treats a full range of orthopedic problems. Dr. C. Mark Spivey, board-certified orthopedic physician and Rick Proenza, PA-C keep current on the newest advances in orthopedic care including computer-assisted surgery and minimally invasive procedures. Dr. J. Casey Spivey, joined the practice in 2017.
Dr. Mark Spivey is the founder of Spivey Orthopedic Clinic. He is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology (Highest Honors) and Emory University School of Medicine (Cum Laude). He did his residency at Emory University School of Medicine and received sports training at The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (TOSH) in Salt Lake City, UT.

Went in on 7/12/21.Paperwork took about 20 minutes.Went to see Dr Spivey for back pain and leg pain.slip disc,pain running down my leg.Had to wait 2 1/2 hrs before seeing Dr Spivey.Remind you setting for 10 minutes is painful enough.There we're about 20 patients when we arrived.Seen Dr Spivey,Ask me about my sugar,Said the shot he gives that would help me,he could not give it to me.Because it would shot my sugar higher.I agree.Du,Got interrupted by Dr Spivey.Hearded them People in like cows at a Sell,make that money Dr Spivey,that's all you want.Not recommended.

The two I see, A J Champion ,PA-C, ATC and Dr. Spivey are among the most thorough of any Medical Team I have had the privilege of being privy to in my long list of Physicians/Hospitals. Very well qualified to properly diagnose and treat as far as possible whatever orthopedic problem you may have. No need to go to Savannah, Macon, etc. when you have been afforded the opportunity to get the best care .... here, close to your own home. You would be hard pressed to find such Compassion coupled with Wisdom in the most well-known Medical facilities ANYWHERE!

I found my way from Savannah, GA to a satellite office of Spivey Orthopedics in Vidalia, GA because Spivey Orthopedics was highly recommended and touted as having plenty of experience and the surgeons for professional athletes in the Atlanta area. I was greeted by friendly staff at check in, and the customary stack of "new patient" paperwork.
The waiting room was clean, tidy with several flat screens playing different channels and chairs appropriately separated during this Covid19 crisis time. My wait of about 25 minutes was reasonable.
My x-ray technician was polite, very personable

Very very very unprofessional doctor. Dr. Mcartney I may be spelling his name wrong.. his entire vibe was wrong toward my three year old ..... he is tall so she was a tad bit frightened she had just had an X-ray ✅ and was afraid of that. Yelling and screaming she was and me as a mother did all I could to soothe her immediately he started acting like I wanted my child on drugs or to have surgery at her young age. She was referred by her doctor to come here. We didn’t want to drive and hour away and me miss a days of work if it’s not necessary. Coming here was a waste 🗑 will not be coming

The young doctor Casey needs to work on bedside manner. If you have a pinched nerve in your neck don't tell your patient you don't know why that it could be an I just or something you were born with. Get to the root of the problem and find out why. I am sure had I been a patient with regular insurance instead of Medicaid I might be talked to differently. I've had regular insurance before and now Medicaid and have seen how different you are treated when you are on medicaid instead of regular insurance and not just by this doctor either by dentist and others as well... So I believe doctors all doctors

AJ and Dr. Spivey are the best that you could ever meet. Ms. Donna did an outstanding job when it came down to scheduling surgery. AJ and and the rest of the staff are really respectful and polite. Aj show alot of concerns when it comes to a patient's health and surgery. Spivey Orthopedics is the best!!!!
