Very disappointed in the service and lack of transparency. I have a whirlpool dryer and Sloan Appliance is a service provider. I waited about a month for this appointment (Whirlpool’s fault). This was the first available appointment (2 weeks out) and I had to work. So, someone else was home to receive the technician, Frank. Due to my profession, it’s very difficult to contact me during work hours. I found out after the fact, that the service charge was over $320. That amount is ridiculous and not cost effective for the consumer (me). I would’ve come out better putting that money towards a

Ben and Justin were the best. They arrived promptly and made the repair quickly and efficiently. Since it was a new range, they took time to show me the basics of its various functions and the burn-off necessary for a new oven. Ben was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the range and took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I used Sloan Appliance. They were highly recommended by a friend. I was very impressed with the phone contact, the continuing communication, and the friendly, respectful and professional service of the technician. I am very disappointed in this service. I have used Sloan Appliance before and had no problems. Two weeks ago the left front burner on my stove top went out. I called the service. I gave them the make , model, and style number of the stove top range. Preston came yesterday. He did not turn off the electricity. He showed me the burner that was damaged which I already knew. In the meantime sparks flew out and he dropped the right front burner. Now I am without 2 burners on my stove. The invoice sent to me was $782.11. It was not itemized.
