Very disappointed in the service and lack of transparency. I have a whirlpool dryer and Sloan Appliance is a service provider. I waited about a month for this appointment (Whirlpool’s fault). This was the first available appointment (2 weeks out) and I had to work. So, someone else was home to receive the technician, Frank. Due to my profession, it’s very difficult to contact me during work hours. I found out after the fact, that the service charge was over $320. That amount is ridiculous and not cost effective for the consumer (me). I would’ve come out better putting that money towards a

Ben and Justin were the best. They arrived promptly and made the repair quickly and efficiently. Since it was a new range, they took time to show me the basics of its various functions and the burn-off necessary for a new oven. Ben was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the range and took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered. Highly recommended.

I am very disappointed in this service. I have used Sloan Appliance before and had no problems. Two weeks ago the left front burner on my stove top went out. I called the service. I gave them the make , model, and style number of the stove top range. Preston came yesterday. He did not turn off the electricity. He showed me the burner that was damaged which I already knew. In the meantime sparks flew out and he dropped the right front burner. Now I am without 2 burners on my stove. The invoice sent to me was $782.11. It was not itemized. I called this morning and explained what had happened at my
