I used Jim to fix my washing machine. It worked better before the repair was completed.
I have left multiple messages over multiple days asking for a solution. He hasn't responded at all. The solution now is to take the machine to the dump and purchase a new one.
If the repair doesn't work he will not stand behind his work. I have tried to reach out for a reasonable solution.

I called about repair of my dishwasher. We agreed the service call was 65.00. He said it just needed to be reset and he had done that and let it run a cycle. The bill was 100.00 which I quickly paid. I thought 35.00 was a lot to reset a button but if he let it run a cycle-he should be compensated for his time. I had to call Jim back because the dishwasher was not heating to dry. When I called him back I was not happy about another service call when he told me it was working previously. This meant he really didn’t let it run a cycle.
