We have been with Don for at least 30 years and have never had a problem like the ones described in the review from the lady from Chicago. I have owned over 15 different cars and trucks (for business and personal) and insured them all with State Farm (Don Chang). I have received prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service from them and they have solved all my insurance problems through (including my homeowners insurance) the years. Don and his Son, Kit, and their employees are always anxious to help with any questions or problems we have thrown at them. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!

Do you love the feeling you get when your insurance agent shows you how important you are to them? Me too, however, if you do too you may want to find another agent. We have been with State Farm for many years while living in Chicago. After moving to Reno a few years ago, we needed to find an agent here and stumbled upon this office. Over the five years we have lived here, we have had multiple instances of 'not feeling the love'.
