I can not say enough good things about Kristen and Jason! They have helped us with all of our insurance needs since we moved to Nevada. Jason is easy to get ahold of and he truly makes time for his customers. He helped us recently with adding an Au Pair to our car insurance and he made the whole process very simple and quick. We definitely recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Jason and Kristen are the most wonderful people. They not only listen to all your insurance needs, they go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best rate and most coverage while making the process of insuring your home and auto as easy as possible. My experience with this office was the following:
1) Raised my auto rates 30% in one year with a perfect driving record.
2) Debited my checking account double one month, and took weeks to fix the error.
3) Sold me a renters policy that i could not use in case of a loss, instead of suggesting we increase my husband's policy that was also with State Farm.

I've been with Kristen and Jason Termini for over a decade now. Before them I had a number of insurance agents and I realized what you need to look for in choosing insurance agents goes beyond the sticker price...because when everything's peachy it's all good...but when s*** hits the fan a good insurance agent will prevent your life from being miserable.

Terrible, terrible service!
They NEVER picked up the phone!!! I called at 9 am on a business day, and the call went straight to voice mail, I called every hour until 5 pm on that day and the call went straight to VM every single time. What kind of business sends routes phone calls to voicemail for 8 hours straight on a work day? This wasn't even a one time thing. I tried calling them again two other times a couple of weeks later, and the calls went straight to voicemail for the whole entire day again!
Finally, I stopped calling them and started emailing them instead. At best, I would

Like a good neighbor, State Farm was there! Jason was extremely helpful and responsive to any inquiries I had. It was my first car purchase in CA (just moved here), and since I was car-less, Jason and Kristen offered and drove me down to Santa Cruz to get me to the dealership I needed to get to. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Best customer service I've experienced with an insurance company. If I could give more stars, I would!

I discovered that State Farm Insurance is the #1 best rated insurer in California. Jason Termini (Office Manager) at this location proved why this is true. His courtesy, knowledge and professionalism made it an easy choice to get far better coverage and save me $$$. I'm 70 and can say that State Farm will allways be my Insurance and Financial service company.
