Custom Body Bootcamp is dedicated to helping people change their lifestyle and turning bad habits into good habits! We designed our Bootcamp to fit the needs of all fitness levels. Don't be intimidated by the word "Boot Camp", we practice High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) but we do not force or make you do things your body is not ready to do.

I NEVER enjoyed going to the gym. This place changed that. I joined the 8 week challenge in 2019 because I wanted to start doing something for myself. I lost 2% body fat and began to enjoy my time at the gym.30 minute workouts were just what I needed. ALL of the trainers are great, and the owner and his wife truly care about the clients there. I can't wait until this pandemic is over so I can get back.

If you're ready to change your life and live a healthy lifestyle, Custom Body Boot Camp is your best option. The coaches are well trained, knowledgeable and they will not let you quit on yourself. Their number one goal is that you meet your goals and I for one love that sentiment. My fellow boot campers are motivating and encouraging. It really feels like a family atmosphere and no one judges you on your strengths or weakness. You can work at your own pace so you don't injure yourself and the coaches always gives us different variations of workouts so you can reach your maximum potential without

I have been a member of Custom Body Bootcamp for three years now, and o must say one of the best decisions ever. CBB has taught me the importance of clean and portion eating. I have learned to make smarter choices when I eat out. Most importantly clean eating is a lifestyle and there is no quick fix losing weight. All the coaches are very supportive and motivated you all the time. The classes are wonderful and I have me some awesome friends who have now become family.

Good workouts, however there is a bit to be desired. Yesterday was my first workout of a 14day kickstarter promo. They had 4 stations each one labeled 1-3. It was confusing to keep track. Today was leg day. Not only did some guy show up unannounced to do an extra 10min (which I couldn't stay for because I had to leave to get ready for work.) But there was zero stretching. Stretching is so important. More so then an extra 10mins of surprise workout.

Working out at Custom Body Bootcamp has been the best decision of made for my health. Chris, Wendy, and Ingrid are so knowledgeable, motivating, and encouraging. The workouts are challenging, but through their support and the other bootcampers, I've grown stronger and push myself more and more with each workout. It is a blessing to have them in the community.

Intense workouts that target every area of the body. Workouts are designed to help strengthen the body, and there is a strong emphasis on clean eating and nutrition. The trainers are awesome and the support from them and the members is priceless. Classes are fun and energized! I am excited to be a part of this team. Well worth the time and money. Best fitness choice I ever made.
