Cassandra Erato's comprehensive knowledge of Spaulding Clinical's business and client base is driven by her depth of experience with the company - she joined at its inception in 2007 and was named CEO in 2020.
She was previously in charge of all facets of daily operations as COO, and before that, director of clinical and biometrics operations, where she was responsible for study unit activities as well as back-end data management services related to the conduct of Spaulding's clinical trials.She is a Nurse Practitioner with degrees in nursing from Marquette University.

When setting up an appointment for the study my brother and I flew out to screen for the recruiter said there weren't any special procedures. They must not think an eight day halter monitor that leaves rashes and is itchy is a special procedure. Thanks for wasting our time and money. I wouldn't travel here to do a study as you might be surprised with a procedure they didn't mention when setting up a screening appointment. Oh yah and the public transportation in West Bend is horrible.

This is a fun place to do a study, however the medical industry should not be attempting to catagorize race into extremes, black, white, hispanic, native american. Most people are multiracial and it is backwards to do studies that exclude or disfavor multiracial people because that is what the majority of Americans actually are.

Painful Covid tests, the kind that feel like your brain is being punctured. Wasn't just a one-time thing, I've had several with different staff and all were traumatizing. Won't return for another study until they start doing humane Covid tests, ones that go an inch into your nose. Both Covance and Abbvie are doing them, not sure why Spaulding is choosing the torturous version.
Two stars instead of one because the food is MUCH improved compared to a few years ago. Still not great though. Also, lots of conflict amongst staff. Not many seem to enjoy their job.

Everything was fine. people could be very rude to the staff and complain about things that were not issues in their control.
as a company - i feel like they are obligated to take better care of their staff. the rampant unhealthiness of the staff is very sad. good companies take care of their employees - through gym memberships, healthcare, and encouraging of a healthy lifestyle. i believe things would go much smoother here if the staff wasn’t clearly overworked and was cared for. maybe implementing a weight loss competition and paying for some food education classes would be a great idea for

I had a good experience. For my study, the food was actually amazing. I'm not sure but what is served may depend on the host of the study. The facility was clean and comfortable. I know you are required to bring your own personal items but I'm unsure why they don't provide hand soap. That seems a hygienic issue. Some staff were friendly and helpful. Other staff were hateful, arrogant and treated us with such disdain. Overall I had a pleasant experience. If not for the few staff who acted unpleasant, I would have given it five stars. I did have to wait for my last payment. It took about three weeks

My friend and I had a screening exam for a certain study that was scheduled a month ahead; we both received emails the very day before the screening exam that it was being canceled. I called and asked them why, but she merely stated, "We don't even have a reason why"; which is very unorganized. From reading these reviews on this site, I would not even bother with Spaulding Clinicals, or even attempt to schedule another screening exam, as they always overbook volunteers, and then cancel their appointments. What can I say.... Past 5 checks bounced (or their bank slides them back and shakes head nope cant cash) Last study I was in all 3 were not good even the 50.00 there werent funds to cover!!
I would say staff is ok. FInance is a HUGE problem there. INTEGRITY AND HONESTY..... they lie right to your face. I just think people need to be aware!!
