We found Beth on reeeeaaaally short notice - we found a home we loved during an Open House and it had an offer deadline of the next day. She made sure everything got in on time, worked closely with us during the process to make sure we completed everything we needed.
My fiancee and I lived nearly two hours away, but Beth made escrow as easy as possible. She set up the inspections, was there when we couldn't be, and constantly kept us in the loop (even for things like the loan which she has no control over!).
