I was so excited to get my son and his friends a limo for prom this year. Mrs. Brosang was really sweet and helped me over the phone. May 1st was their prom which was raining. Limo picked them up and they leave, my son calls me to let me know the AC doesn't work and that it was burning up and they were all sweating. They ended up rolling the windows down which was horrible for the girls and their hair and makeup. I have tried calling the Brosang limo service but no one answers or calls me back. I have given plenty of time for them to make it right before leaving a review but I will never recommend

If I could give zero stars I would, me an my husband we’re driving down 31 in Tyler when there Cadillac Escalade limo cut in front of us going 70 no blinker nothing an then proceeded to cut others off on the loop along with weeding in an out of traffic no blinker still almost ran us off the road if it wasn’t for the fact that we were turning into our hotel we would have called the cops. Called the company to complain an inform them we called three times with no answer on a Saturday. Very sad to see a company not caring about they’re customers or people that have to deal with them.
