1 star is pushing it, I did not personally book nor pay for this Service however I did partake in the services. The limo itself was decent besides the a/c not working well in The beginning of our night and one of the door's windows would not roll down due to the switch being missing. The Driver was late for the original pick up, then became lost and pulled over twice and asked for directions from someone who didn't know the first destination because it was a suprise. The ride was VERY rough to our first destination which again he didn't know where it was (this driver was suppose to have an itinerary
