Farm To Coast Mobile Kitchen was founded in 2017 by Chef Brian Grossman. After graduating at the top of his class from the Atlantic Culinary Academy in 2007 (Le Cordon Bleu), Brian spent ten years crisscrossing the country, working as a professional chef in a variety of settings.
From time spent as a banquet and catering chef in Scottsdale, Arizona, to busy summers in Martha's Vineyard and winters at ski resorts in Colorado and New Hampshire, he accrued a valuable diversity of experience before finally landing in southern Maine, where he has most recently lent his talents to 50 Local, Bandaloop, and Custom Deluxe.

Brian catered my wedding yesterday. Our favorite place to visit is Mexico so of course we went with tacos. Every piece of food that we tasted was absolutely amazing. For apps we did fried avocado tacos, bacon… wrapped scallops, chicken tostada and chicken and waffles. For tacos we had fried haddock, chorizo, beef and chicken with mini churros for dessert that were to die for! He also brought along an amazing serving staff. During the apps my husband and I were taking pictures but Dan made sure to bring us some food which was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for taking care of us and

I’ve gotten to know chef Brian and his food over the years, from food truck steam buns to fried chicken sandwiches at the café in Biddeford it’s always delicious. He sources local ingredients and his food is… always super fresh and priced right. I come back when I can because the food is consistently awesome and chef Brian and his crew are great people who support local food producers and feed it back at a reasonable price!

We hired Brian to do food truck food for our rehearsal dinner and he/ staff were excellent! It was a pretty cold night in early November so when the heated tent wasn't working out Brian was more than helpful… moving everything inside. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. He even left us with enough dessert and handmade chips to last us a week after the wedding. Big fan of Brian and team, fully recommend him for any catering or private event needs!

I love their food but they are never open, and never back when their sign says they are going to be. Have given up trying to eat there.
Update: I went to see if they were finally open and was refused service and called an "entitled millennial " for giving an honest review and leaving honest feedback about their hours.
