Dr. Krauss graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Centre College of Kentucky with a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He then earned his O.D. degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry, graduating Summa Cum Laude. During his professional career, Dr. Krauss has been recognized both locally and nationally for his excellence in patient care and his contributions to the eyecare profession.
