I had the best experience at L’Optique. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Dr. Price is very thorough in her exams. Could not recommend enough!!

Would not make adjustments on my glasses since they were not purchased there even though my optometrist is out of town and I offered to pay. The receptionist seemed surprised by this policy too when she went to ask the optician/optometrist working. Have had this done other places at no charge - it doesn't take long and would be good and wise PR and customer/client development.

Dr. Linda Price has saved my vision twice. First she diagnosed my glaucoma years ago and last week she found a tear in my retina that was so small my specialist didn’t see it. Thank you so much! You are the most thorough optomotrist in Dallas!!

I'm waiting for my annual checkup with Dr Price and her wonderful staff. I've been coming here at least 20 years and I would never consider another optometrist. Dr Price and her staff are knowledgeable and professional and give cheerful and consistent high quality eye exams and the fit is always perfect!

Great service from Claudia and Johnny, purchased last pair of glasses over 5 years ago and still fit and look great. Less expensive places to buy frames but quality and service are good value. Will definitely return.

We were just in there an hour ago. We waited around for fifteen minutes and no one acknowledged us or offered to help. I have bought three pairs of glasses from them, and gone to dr orm next door, but no more. Don't waste your time on such snobbery.

While traveling recently, I needed a nose pad replaced on my glasses. Since we used to live in Dallas and had used L'Optique many years ago, I went there out of convenience. I knew it was expensive; even so, being charged $12 to replace the nose pads was a shock.

The young man seemed to struggle getting the nose pads in. When I asked him if he needed to check that the glasses still rested properly on my nose, he said no, they were fine, which I thought was odd. The doctor seems fairly competent; nice staff; good location...SO OVERPRICED. I really wish that I'd have read the reviews before I went. I also experienced nearly an hour wait. Note that you can purchase contact lenses online for nearly half the cost as they'll sell you here. I cannot recommend this optometrist based on price. Also, they made lots of mistakes--everything from billing to insurance to prescription.

I had my last pair of glasses done at Pearl Vision and they really messed it up. I cannot see right with the glasses and the people at Pearl Vision just said try to get use to it so I ended up wasted my money. I then got a recommendation to Dr. Price at L'Optique and I had the most complete exam I had any where. The glasses turned out fantastic, from Dr. Price's exam to Steven's recommendation on the style of the frame. That had been several years ago and every time I go back in, everyone is really nice and helpful, Claudia at the front desk and Steven, it is the best!

I called in recently for the pricing for an eye exam, before ever getting to the mention that I have an astigmatism, I was informed that the price of a comprehensive eye exam starts at $330.00. I am not trying to sound cheap, but I can go to North Park Mall, or even to shops in the heart of uptown and pay less than a third of the asking price, without insurance, and get a contact lens fitting, and in most cases walk out with contacts in the same day. My advice to those shopping around, buy your frames online, (75%) cheaper and commission someone to make your lenses. As far as contacts go, I hate

He just helped my dad and it's amazing the difference it makes. Getting the right glasses is so important and Stephen knows how to pick out the perfect pair.

Fine selection of great sunglasses and eyeglasses from Chanel, Oliver Peoples, Robert Marc and Paul Smith. While a little pricier than department stores, you don't have to pay taxes b/c it is a Dr's office. The optometrist is great and besides the lengthy appointment and the fact that I had to get my first pair of glasses, I walked away satisfied. Steven, the friendly assistant, is great at putting glasses with the shape of your face. What I thought was going to be dreadful (trying on glasses), turned into a good experience.
