Tricia was absolutely amazing to work with. Besides being extremely knowledgeable about Daniel Island, she was always responsive, no matter what time it was or how small a question we had. She provided us with sound advice during the entire process. Tricia is well connected in the area as well which helped us gain some foresight into the market.
