We bought & sold our house 1 1/2 years ago (which was an amazing, easy process)...we haven’t had actual business with the agency for that long. We are still connected via social media and by that they knew we had lost our beloved golden doodle, Archie, unexpectedly. I came home and was surprised to have received the most thoughtful, sentimental gift 💗 I honestly am always so blown away by the extra personal touches that happen far after buying a home.
