By far the best car wash I’ve been to in this area. Currently I’m using Jax car wash which does not even compare. The quality and the time spent on the car as well worth money. Did you a great job on the interior and attention to detail is impressive. Would highly recommend this business. Wish they had a monthly option.

All four tires were not properly cleaned even with KING + and their tire shine meant drawing one quick and uneven circle on the tire with a brush (not with a spray) and their product was dripping down from the tire to the wheel like a syrup. Also, whatever product they used to clean the interior had a grease shine and was even cakey in one corner. I had to purchase cleaning products to clean the tires myself and to remove the grease off my leather, because I realized all these by the time this place and all other car wash places were closed. I've only come here twice and will not be returning that's for sure which is unfortunate because it has nothing to do with the quality of the car wash. I've dropped by once to give them a shot when they were new in town. A little pricey, but such a thorough cleaning it was worth it! They do a much better job than your average drive through car wash, obviously because it's by hand. After I got a new a car, my friends threw in so much change around my car, piles even UNDERNEATH my floor mats (usually a sign of good luck for new cars). So many that they could not be "vacuumed

Another terrible service of a car wash place the workers are slow they’re sloppy they don’t do a good job for the price that you’re paying if it’s $20 and $40 it’s not even worth it I do not recommend this place to anyone they refuse to watch the floor mats they refused to wipe the dashboard they don’t give you armor all if you don’t pay for it or the car wash is doing filled it with a price that you’re paying even the owner or manager has no idea what’s going on and she supposed to be running the whole world establishment terrible service definitely will never go there again

I used a Groupon coupon (king with ceramic application sedan) for $61. I had to pay $12 extra because I had a SUV. The regular cost of king for suv is $32 while ceramic finish add on is $39.99. Hence using the Groupon doesn't really make sense (I paid $1 extra). Having said this they did a good job cleaning both inside and outside the car. They took their time. I personally can't judge the difference between regular wax vs ceramic especially since they used non-descript bottles. Only time will tell. Having said that next time I would go with a regular king plus ($41 for suv) with spray

I have been going to this car wash for years and it has been touch and go. There is a sign that says $2 off between 8 and 10. Today I arrived at 9:50 and there was only one car ahead of me online. It was a police SUV and the officer was talking to someone who had just gotten their car wash. The washing area was open but his SUV held up the line.

Terrible customer service! Would not be going back. This was always my go to car wash! I asked one of the guys to wipe the inside of my trunk as they missed it and he said No! I paid for the king package and it was not a Groupon! And put a nice tip! Not sure what else I could've done to get a complete wash that I paid for!

I don't know what happened to this place I used to drive out out of my way from the town I live in to get my suv hand washed here. The service used to be excellent upon until yesterday. I paid for an exterior wash on my suv right before they closed for the day and I couldn't believe how filthy my vehicle was after leaving there. They also don't power wash the debris off your vehicle prior to soaping it up and I now realize why I found a deep scratch on the hood of my vehicle right after getting a wash there a few weeks back.

Second time going here. Avoid this place at all costs. I got a groupon for their "KING" special. My car was still dirty after. They clean way too quick. I had to go home and clean the exterior of my car on my own. They use dirty rags which just makes your car even more dirty. Waste of time and money.

From negative review to a 4 star because of the owner saved the day. My car didn’t come out the best from inside after the owner noticed the car not being clean enough he asked the workers to fix it. It come out good not perfect but i guess better than bad. The owner is honestly always on top of the workers making sure it’s done right I do give him that.

Second time here, first time they did a bad job. This time around it wasn't great either. Unfortunately I really needed to wash my car and decided to come here since it's close to my job. So I paid $16, the windows weren't cleaned well, saw finger prints all over but since I really needed this I let it go. Anyhow, then I saw that my son's car seat wasn't vacuumed, since we had gone to the beach a few days ago, there was some sand on the seat. I went a couple of times to Royal Touch Hand Car Wash. as with many hand car washes, soap is applied with a broom and sprayed off w high pressure nozzle.
The finishing of drying the exterior and cleaning the interior were below par on both occasions. The inside was not cleaned thoroughly at all and both the rugs and doors and panels were not cleaned at all. Window clean up was also not comprehensive.
Considering the pricing I would have expected a better job.
In conclusion - below average cleaning for above average price. A poor combination.

I was so happy I was going to get my washed and cleaned with the King package!
When I got my car back I was soooooooo disappointed.
My windows were not cleaned, the interior was not vacummed. I had to literally guide the men where to clean. Clean the back windows, clean the consule, vacuum the back, here and there. Totally disappointed.... will not be coming back.

Not really sure what I just paid $25 for because it sure as hell wasn't for them to wash my car. I got robbed basically. Worst car wash I have ever been to. It was first thing in the morning and they weren't that busy so I thought the guys working would be fresh and pay a little extra attention to the cars that were there. Wrong! If I have to spend an hour after I get home from getting my car washed to wash my car, you don't know how to do your job! I will never set foot in this so called car wash again. I wouldn't even recommend this place to someone I hated.

Very hard workers! Even if you had an issue, for example if the was didn't completely clean off the bugs from your windshield the manager is willing to clean it for you. He is a very polite man and a hard worker actually they are all hard workers! Especially if you're the first customer I came here at 8 in the morning so I had all hands on deck:) I do love their Groupon deals, big saving:) My car came out looking fantastic! They are worth every single penny!

I normally wash my car myself but I was looking for a place that I could go to in the winter when it's too cold out for me to do it on my own. I've gone through a few car washes before as well but wasn't a fan of them so decided to do more searching around. This place had great reviews so I went there today to try it out, hoping it would be my new go to place for the winter. Honestly wish I didn't go.

I was looking for a local Hand car wash that was trackless my car is low and the rails on the tracks can scratch the rims.
They do a great job of cleaning the car, there are no machines it's all done by hand, the prices are good and I've never had to wait very long.
They also have an app that keeps track of how many washes and the 10th is free.
