Went there to get my car thoroughly cleaned. The car was spotless, and it was done pretty quickly. While waiting, I was chatting with the lovely person at the cashier's desk, which helped me to pass the time. Everyone was friendly, and the end result was great.

Only complaint is that driver side window was not fully dry, leaving a streak, but it's a very minor thing and I can't ding a star for something this small.

I come here every 2 weeks and pleased with how consistently good the service is. They are fast but don't rush and definitely take their time to detail both interiors and exteriors.

It's always good when you see an owner overseeing their business to keep great quality of service.

This biz has gone way downhill lately. The cleaners of the insides of car cabins are pretty inept. They use the same dirty rags on every car, carrying slime from car to car. Also, the insides of the windows are left dirtier than before they were cleaned! Windshield wipers are no longer dried down. Workers don't speak enough English to converse with you. WHAT HAPPENED?

time for me to stop using this service.

Cashier has no clue how to process a credit card payment.
To add a 3.75% additional charge to a credit card transaction is not good business.
I pay with a credit card and not cash because it's a business expense.
I'll be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
Shame, because the guys who do the actual work do a great job.

Better than most other places I have taken my car for hand wash. Also waiting time is not that much and they have a good system in place. There is room to improve when it comes to towel dry as I can still see some water spots on my car.

The owner of this place is really helpful & cordial to any request I have asked !! He understands that we love our car and he makes sure to take care of it the right way… kudos to the team as well !! But whenever the team misses a spot he made sure it was spotless !!
Overall really happy with the service and I’m confident that anyone who visits this place for the first time would continue to go to the same place!!

So far it is the best car wash i've come across and i tried quite a few. Very reasonably priced and very thorough , outstanding service. This is a 2nd time that i've used them. I went with Manager Special ( Hand wax) package. Jose ( I believe hes a supervisor) did a fantastic job. Really put a time and effort into it. Definitely would come back again.

My favorite hand car wash! As a realtor I use my car 24/7, and always need it to be clean. I have a monthly membership and I never leave disappointed. Management is always willing to fix any issue, and owners aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. Any negative review here sounds like a customer who didn't bring their issue to management because I know they would have rectified the problem. Thank you Secaucus Car WASH!

I should have just taken the L when they left a 2 inch gash on another spot of my dash last trip.

But nope I wanted to finish my wash card. And thought since the manager was there it would have been better. Big nope.

Looks like they scrubbed the hell out of my dashboard. You can see bits of rubber coming off up close. And the kicker???? It's still sticky.... but it's naturally sticky. It's just the hot rubber. My go to car wash always!! I usually get the Rain-x Wash or The Works (vip) if my car is really dirty. They never disappoint me, and if something seems off, Patrick the owner is very friendly & professional he is willing to fix the issue to make sure his customers are happy!!! Did I mention they always have coupons on their website and you can just show to cashier. 10/10 recommend

Quick hand wash and detailing for only $25 bucks! They did a quick and thorough job and did a great job on my leather dashboard and chrome accents.

This is a great place for a car wash. They work very quickly and do an amazing job. They also have a rewards program! Only reason I took 1 star off is because there's no waiting area.

Agreed that it's not the quickest place, but great work all takes time! They have a squad of people working on your car. They take care of small details both outside and inside. Someone would hand clean your wheel rims, interior rims including the center bin and all the seats too. I tried many different places in the area and I'm definitely impressed by the work here. We'll come back next time and would recommend for others who cares about the details.

Not one of the quicker washes I've been to(IE the super washes, etc) however what they lack in speed they make up for in quality. If theres a line(6 cars), it's a good 20-30 min wait or so, however the car always comes out spotless. They dont miss the nooks and crannys most of the speedy washes do, whether it's on the outside of the car or vacuuming the inside. I pay around 50$ a month for the super wash monthly, which is inside and outside, tire shine windows etc...Can come once a day of you like and that includes TLC/FHV/UBER/LYFT whatever...Alot of the big washes do not allow

Came here with my civic and got The Works, when I got the car back home and examined it a bit more realized that my wheels were still dirty (supposed to get wheel shine) I have window visors and they didn't wash the top of the window so there is a nice streak of salt residue on the top of my windows. and I have tinted windows so its a real eye sore. For $30 would expect everything they advertise on The Works to be done. Maybe its my fault for not fully examining my car while I was their but still.

Due to the fact that my other car wash in town closed earlier this year(Buffs)led me to a quick Yelp search.

It was close and the reviews looked pretty good. Like to come in the mornings during the week when it's less crowded. At least once or twice a month to get my SUV cleaned & shined , just like the old days.
