This was my first time going to DaSilva's and the people was great. They treated me like family I explained to John my issues with the car and how was screwed by other places and they were able to fix the issues with my car. I highly recommended going to DaSilva's. I'm so glad I found a place and I will bring my vehicles to DaSilva's from now on

After being in an accident I was hesitant to even fix my car. I didn’t think it would be worth it bc I felt like it would never be like it was prior to the accident. BUT I was wrong. My car is actually better than before... from my headlight (which was really tough to find bc it’s one of those fancy headlights) and body damage (dents and bumper damage)to my radiator and condenser etc...my car is like brand new. I didn’t have call repeatedly to make sure they were fixing this or that...they knew what they were doing. Very knowledgeable staff. The receptionist was super friendly and courteous

Wow! DaSilva' completely restored my 1990 Mazda Miata and it looks like brand new. This 30 year old antique really needed TLC, and John and his crew were the ones to supply it. John documented every step of the process and it was amazing how detail oriented they are, caring for every part of the car, replacing and even hand fabricating parts that were too rusted or worn, and impossible to find again.
Driving home I felt just as good as the day I drove it off the Dealer's lot. This is an original Miata...one of the first to land in the USA, and now it's turning heads and making other drivers jealous

Very knowledgeable staff who knows how to explain the details to ordinary customers. I was educated on the shortcomings of a truck I'm trying to flip and why I shouldn't waste my money on certain services unless I insisted on giving them money that would get me zero return on resale. Would absolutely trust them with my auto body needs because they have the customer's best interests in mind.

A++ job! Excellent customer service and quality repair. Super easy to work with and they coordinated everything with the insurance company and the rental car company to make sure I wasn't without my car for a few days. They even had my repair done a full day earlier than scheduled. Certainly the right company to use for any auto body work!

DaSilva's Auto Body has given me possibly the best service I've ever received. Back when I was in an accident because I slipped on black ice they were able to get my car up and running extremely quickly and at a fraction of the cost compared to other shops. Afterwards, when other problems arose due to the collision that would've costed me thousands of dollars the owner John DaSilva helped me only asking for a good review in return; he treated me like family. Service that high quality is hard to find. The people working there are craftsmen, auto body and quality service are their trade.

I would absolutely not recommend DaSilva’s to anyone. My car was getting new tires at a local shop when someone hit it in the parking lot. Sent it here to get fixed and it took them a total of 2 1/2 weeks. It was supposedly fixed and when I went to pick it up and it had disgusting, dusty parts that did not match the color of my car. I left it there for them to fix and then they told me they found something else wrong. They did not go into detail and insisted that it would be another 3 days until I could pick it up. Long story short, my car came out of their shop with scratches and a broken window

I needed my car repaired after an accident and DaSilva Auto Body came highly recommended. It was a bit of a drive for me, HOWEVER, totally worth it! John DaSilva and staff were fantastic!!

This was my first auto body experience with DaSilva's Auto Body. I went with two estimates, and there's was $300 dollars lower. They did a great job, and even gave me a loaner car "no charge" since it took another day to complete.
There were snacks to be had as well. I ate a few "snickers ".
I can see why John gets so many good comments on Yelp. He does want the customer to have a good experience.

At first i was impressed by their customer service and their offer to do me a favor and fix something on my car unrelated to the accident i had been in. But when i got my car back after twice as long as expected to complete the job, i was more than disappointed. Not only did they not even finish the job completely, they did not put my interior back together, they broke a piece of my dash and neglected to fix it or even tell me before giving it back, and they broke a window visor over the driver's window. I will not be bringing any business to them ever again and i will never let anyone i know

Family owned full house repair shop. They do it all. I had my BMW painted, engine work, suspension swapped, lights, etc.
John treats you like family when you walk in to his shop. He knows his stuff on cars. He works with you on prices. I needed the car dropped off to me in norwalk when it was ready and they were nice enough to drop it off at my work. Really a pleasure working with these guys. I felt relaxed knowing my car was in good hands. I'm going back soon to get my jeep fixed that has rust on the rear fenders. These guys do it all. Definitely worth the trip from Norwalk. You guys Rock

Brought my old beater in for some much needed work and sat down with John to go over my options. Wow, it was really refreshing to go to an auto repair shop and not feel like I was about to get fleeced. We settled on what we needed to do and John said it'd be ready on Saturday. Saturday came and I had a call first thing in the morning from John saying that they took my car to emissions and by the time I get there it will all be good to go. It was and I am so happy I took my car to DaSilva's. You should too.

I have had exceptional and affordable service several times at DaSilva! They were able to fix the car's AC after 4 failed attempts by Honda of Watertown (avoid them at all costs). I was impressed that most recently when my check engine light came on the diagnosed and fixed the problem without charging me (gas cap was not on tight enough). I also have had paint and body work done and was pleased with the outcome. I feel I will have an honest appraisal of my vehicle's needs each time I work with DaSilva.
