After 25 years of working in the auto body repair industry, Raymond Squatriglia had big ambitions of opening his own body shop. In 2009 with little resources, those dreams became reality when Ray's Automotive Inc was established. Since then, the shop has grown tremendously due to our professional staff and technological investments.

At Ray's Automotive we handle all the services necessary to repair your vehicle back to pre-accident condition, including body, frame, suspension, exhaust, glass, wheel/tire, and minor mechanical work. Vehicle not looking like it used to? Ray's Automotive specializes in custom restoration work to improve the appearance and value of your vehicle.
More than 200 new vehicle introductions or redesigns are planned for the next three years. Many will contain new lightweight vehicle designs and advanced safety systems that will change the way collision repairs are performed. Now more than ever, collision repair professionals need ongoing, role-relevant training to gain and maintain current knowledge in their role.
We had the customer stop by our shop, located at 1704 Baldwin Street in Waterbury, a week before starting repairs so that we could write the estimate and pre-order parts. The customer dropped her car off on Monday and we had it ready for Wednesday afternoon. The projected repair time on the vehicle was 6 days, but due to proper planning we finished the job 3 days ahead of schedule.

Amazing amazing work, I have a 2019 Nissan Rogue that was rear ended, I was told about this place from the insurance company, I was skeptical 🧐 at first but was very impressed with the job that was done, they have me back my car and and looked and felt like how I first bought it, it was showroom floor ready, with most definitely go back and the guy at the front desk is awesome and very punctual and very professional and his name is JOE awesome dude , thank you guys for the awesome work

The staff was great all around from the initial meeting through the repair to the delivery. They took care of the rental, the details, and kept in touch through out the entire repair. The pick up was easy and quick. The repair was done well and the car looks great ( seriously like new). Tony and Joe will take care of you. Highly recommend for body shop. Thanks so much for being great people with terrific customer service.

A large portion of tree fell in my driveway on my "new to me" car dinting and scraping the paint all along the top sides and hood. Despite having fancy pearl paint they had to match, they returned my car to me in only 3 days looking as good as new! They arranged a rental car to be ready at drop off and pick up. Everything was handled safely and professionally. I only wish they had a bench outside to sit on while we wait.

PHENOMENAL service!! I’m constantly recommending these guys to people. Definitely my go-to for body work. Extremely professional, fast service, great communication, flexible when needed, and (most important) they’re HONEST PEOPLE. I just got body work done by them, the front end of my car got smashed when someone backed into me. You can’t even tell that I was ever in an accident!! Great place to do business with. From my initial introduction to their business to the completion of repairs everyone was calm , great communicators, pleasant to deal with. They maintained a very high level of service at all times. They arranged for a rental vehicle which was waiting for me when I dropped my car off. They continuously updated the progress of the repairs both via telephone and text messages. The car repairs were completed ahead of schedule going into a national holiday weekend. The vehicle was returned to me repaired & cleaned both inside and out.
