After reviewing a home inspection report, I was upset to learn that we had mold in the attic and basement. After several calls to local companies, Mario Mercati took the time to look at my photos, explain the process and reassure me that the problem could be handled quickly and efficiently. His on-site evaluation at my house was thorough and again, he explained everything thoroughly. HIs team has been efficient and professional. I used SERVPRO in the past for water damage and I cannot recommend the Milford-Orange-Stratford division highly enough. Ask for Mario Mercati!

If you ever have a disaster, do yourself the biggest favor and hire the AMAZING professionals of the Milford, Orange and Stratford SERVPRO! Danielle, and her wonderful team of Junior, (who is a huge strong guy), Nikkie, Karlya and all the crew (who are the hardest working people you’ll ever meet!) took care of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE when we had a fire at the school where I work! They took care of every issue with incredible speed, efficiency, the latest equipment, deep “knowhow,” man power and loving care for the biggest messiest smelly dirtiest most dangerous job right down

I cannot say enough amazing things about this team at Serv Pro!! On the scariest night when I fire happened at my preschool this team of exceptional people came to the rescue!! We received excellent service from Servpro when our basement flooded, starting with the initial call to the onsite services. They were very informative on the phone with the services that would be provided and communicated with us throughout the entire process to not only set expectations appropriately but to make sure we knew when the team would be arriving.
