Paul is extremely on time, professional and knowledgeable. He's worked with high end furniture companies in the past, serving as their "go to" repairist. He came to my home to repair my sofa. Not only did he focus on the problem area...he went above and beyond, noting other structural damages, gave me a fair quote and fixed what should have been done at the factory when the sofa was produced. We highly recommend this company, five stars all the way! I contacted Professional Furniture Repair, Albuquerque, and got an immediate response from Mr Cisneros. He picked up our chair on February 18th 2021. He completed the repairs and dropped it off two days later. We are so happy with the job he did on the antique chair. We will definitely be using this company again for some other repairs.

I took some pillows to Paul for repair. The sowing on one pillow had came undone, the other pillow the zipper had unbounded. He replaced the zipper, and speed the other. He had the pillows done within 4 hours. Charge me 60$. Thought it was a little pricey but he got it done quick. No complaints here.

Paul has repaired several furniture items for me. My dining room table chairs had cat claw holes all over them. Paul refinished them perfectly to match the original fabric and design. Very Disappointed. Paul repaired chair as requested but damaged leather on seat of chair. The leather finish is ruined. He attempted to repair - dyed and conditioned but as marring is on seat front it is very noticeable. I am unsure how this is going to wear. I was especially disappointed that Paul would not admit to having damaged chair even though it so apparent. Not an honorable man to do business with and would warn people to find a more reputable person.
