Owner Dave Evans called to discuss my needs and then again to confirm my appointment. The very knowledgeable technician, Julio and his assistant actually arrived 10 minutes early and did a fantastic job. These guys have been my go to sprinkler folks for years ... I am impressed each and every time they come over for repair and service. Always on time, always professional, neat and clean. Above all else, reasonably priced. Today they came over to repair a valve and in the process found three underground leaks and a couple of other minor maintenance problems. Fixed everything in a really short time at a very reasonable cost. Great job!!

I phoned Five Star Sprinklers on Friday at 1:15 PM. The owner and his crew showed up at 3:00 PM to address my problem. They explained that I had a leaking valve in zone 4 and that leak was also causing an additional leak in one of my sprinkler head. The fixed the problem, added new pipe coupling and a new valve, then checked out my entire sprinkler system and completely cleaned up after themselves. What a difference from the last company I dealt with Big Chuck whom I will NEVER call again. They over charged me, did a bad job, would not come back and fix the problems they created.

I had a really great experience with the install of my sprinklers. David Evans is great and I will agree that he knows his stuff. Everything got done quickly with quality product and at a reasonable price.
I, however, have been trying to contact him for the last 8 months for a follow up and to request a copy of the paperwork to no avail. I have left multiple messages to both the business number and his cell.
Too bad, really, that a great experience should turn sour due to lack of follow up.
