Owners Jose and Rhonda Carmona both come from families in the horticulture industry, and in 1993 the couple began their own business serving Houston, TX and its surrounding areas. JLC Landscape and Irrigation built themselves from the ground up beginning with simple lawn maintenance and graduating to artistic landscape design over the years.

JLC Landscaping performed an amazing feat and task in custom landscaping our new pool and backyard project. Jose and his team were outstanding in preparing a plan and guiding us through the process of picking appropriate types of plants, palms and shrubs to compliment our backyard.
