Actually, 2 weeks ago I didn't know anything about Lectins and its meaning, the only matter that I had was how I could feel better, grow old better and lose weight in the same time? I am a mom of 2 boys, one is 15 years old and does rowing 6 days a week, 2 hours per day plus competition at national level.
When it comes to FOOD, the first thing we think is : Tasty, mouthwatering, delectable dishes. But when it comes to Health and weight loss, we think "DIET" : No taste - cutting on calories - eating less. Let me tell you that It's not entirely true : My Nutrition Diet is full of "new dishes" inspired in part by two well-known diet "Lectin free & Paleo diet with a French - Caribbean Twist and other far away countries cuisine.
As a Personal Trainer with many years of training, I've had to accept that exercise alone does not equal necessarily weight loss. In fact, exercise is excellent for your health, alone it yields all kinds of amazing results, but weight loss is not always one of them. And it's my responsibility as a fitness professional to debug myths and focus on the stuff that actually matters.
Combining Meditation and visualization to this program is an healthy way of bringing positive energy into your mind, body and spirit. I tend to have short sessions usually at a remote island, preferably after physical exercises, when you are a little tired and more receptive to emptying the mind and relaxing.
