I am so happy I chose to get coaching with Aleks. She encouraged me to step out in faith and to set goals. She helped me realize that I didn't have to wait to be perfect to pursue my dreams and that I could do it now. She is full of wisdom and has a lot of tips to establish your business with integrity. Since meeting Aleksandra, I have had a bounty of motivation and feeling of community. The Core Flow class with Susana is challenging and fun. The instructor is knowledgeable, patient and she always pushes you to reach new limits with your body and mind. The class is well-structured and I like that we also get a couple of minutes near the end to try our own poses. Expect a tough ab workout with a rewarding shavasana.

If you are in Miami area and would like to catch some positive energy, go to ''VITA Infuse Yourself With Life''. The Owner Aleksandra is more than a friend. She's also a great yoga instructor. She loves teaching yoga, she has a lot of patient and she's always kind. I can't wait to go back to her studio for more yoga classes and lots of positive energy. I definitely recommend her studio to anyone. Its worth it! XOXO

I took a class here for the first time recently and the environment is simply amazing! They had incense burning when we walked in giving off a great vibe from the beginning, and the yoga instructor was very attentive in knowing everyones name and seemed to know a lot about the practice. The owner Aleksandra is an amazing woman who loves to spread love and happiness to everyone she meets. I cant wait to get more involved with this studio and take more classes! I would recommend anyone to at least try a class here!

Aleksandra is an amazing spirit and teacher!! I traveled from the Fort Myers area to take her Vinyasa class...loved every minute of it! We also did some Acro Yoga, which is something I have always been hesitant to try. Aleksandra made me feel at ease and it was an amazing experience. Definitely will be back! Thank you! :)

So after helping to build this place and several invitations to try out yoga here at VITA, I finally took my first-ever "gentle" class with none other than owner/lead instructor Aleksandra and I am happy to report I loved it! It was a totally surreal experience and even transformational. Yoga is the best way I have found to release the stress and recharge. Everyone must come to VITA! Totally hooked!
