HAWES went above and beyond my expectations for a Christmas centerpiece for my sister and her family!

I needed a very special arrangement as a way to send a heartfelt thank you. Though I live on Cape Cod now, I grew up in Maynard so Hawes Florist immediately came to mind. The gentleman who assisted me on the phone could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He created the perfect bouquet. My daughter was delighted and so was I. Hawes Florist has been around for a long time and there's a reason for that.

They really stepped up and helped me out when I got shorted using one of those “online” companies to order a flower arrangement. Great service, will use again!

Very friendly staff! I called about having something delivered a town over and she delivered it less then 2 hours later! She even texted me what the flowers looked like which were beautiful! 10/10 would recommend

I live out of state and ordered flowers for the wedding of a friend in Massachusetts. I received superb service from Melissa at Hawes including a picture of the arrangement. Very nice touch. The flowers were delivered the same day and most importantly, the recipients called to say how much they LOVED the flowers. Thank you for your wonderful service.

I ordered the arrangement shown below on a Monday morning and my daughter-in-law had it on her door step by early afternoon. Hawes was a pleasure to work with and they over delivered on the beauty of their arrangement. Wonderful!!!

Melissa helped me and my husband with the bouquet and boutonniere for our wedding. She was so helpful in offering suggestions and ultimately arranged a bouquet of my favorite flowers, snapdragons. During the process, we lost a family pet and she helped me put together a stunning arrangement for my mom as well. This is a wonderful family business that I highly recommend.

Always my go to for flowers and plants! They have beautiful, fresh roses in a wide variety of colors and Melissa composes lovely, balanced arrangements.
I called today (last minute) to have a dozen sent to my mother for her 85th birthday and Melissa suggested a combination that never occurred to me, but WOW! She delivered it by lunch and it was the envy of all the residents at my mothers retirement community!
I love to support local family owned businesses (especially now) and beautiful flowers make everyone smile.

Melissa paid to finish my decorative lanterns for the centerpieces at my wedding. We chose the simple design of greens and 2 roses on the mirrored base. She was to deliver them to the location of our reception the morning of our wedding. She never delivered. She did not call. When I reached her the Monday after our wedding her excuse was I apologize, I didn't work that day. She forgot!! Centerpieces may not seem like a biggie, but they are. The time to shop, to choose, to plan and picture how beautiful they will be displayed and the fun of giving them away to excited guest was taken away

Great selection of stuff you don't normally find, plus a lot of what you expect. A great family run biz with that old time charm, their prices are great as well! I've been going here sins I was a little kid trying to get girls on the playground to fall in love. I will continue for as long as I can!

They did a great job of making two bouquets and a boutonnère on short notice. They were beautiful and made a great addition to our wedding ceremony.
