Received a sympathy bouquet from this place. Just such a depressing arrangement. When I asked about it, I was told they copied 1800Flowers design and were going to tell the website I didn't like it. An artist is responsible for their work. I could find nothing close to this on the 1800Flowers website. I had a good day until I received these flowers. They came late, after dark rang the bell, banged on my door and interrupted my quiet evening to make me feel depressed.

Person on the phone couldn't have been nicer or more patient with all my questions. Gave recommendations and kept things within my budget. I had called another highly rated florist in Natick and the person really couldn't be bothered with me. This florist had more selection and was very pleasant to deal with. And the flowers and plant were beautiful!

I am accustomed to buying flowers while shopping at Whole Foods but stopped into Post Road flowers today - what a totally different experience!!! The flowers were super fresh and I was able to get a personalized arrangement in minutes. I was a hero when I returned home. The prices were VERY fair - in fact, I decided on-the-spot that I will be stopping at Post Road from now on.

The quality of product and level of customer service at Post Road Flowers are both absolutely excellent. The flower arrangements are always fresh and gorgeous. Jolene and staff are very responsive and never fail to not only meet but exceed what is needed. I am always extremely impressed with and grateful for what they come up with for me.

I called in the late afternoon a few days ago and they were able to get an arrangement out quickly before the end of the day. The girl I spoke with was very friendly and helpful too. Pricing was also much better than I usually find on any of the large online floral services. Would highly recommend and I'll definitely call them again the next time I need to send flowers in the Wayland area. Thank you very much!

Post Road has done a wonderful job for ourselves and for multiple members of our extended family, whether it's been custom table decorations for a large party, or traditional arrangements for a funeral, or something to be delivered to a private home. In either case (happy occasions or not), it's comforting to know that the folks at Post Road Flowers are friendly, professional, and, because I'm currently living out of town, can be counted on to come up with lovely results when I need to order something without seeing it in person.

Well, My son, on whose behalf I ordered the last bouquet of flowers for his girlfriend at Wellesley, asked for this Florist Information again. She had been so pleased with the first bouquet that was ordered from Post Road Flowers! That speaks volumes about the quality and overall experience. It is rare to find a Florist who can work within a student budget and deliver a unique arrangement that produces the joy intended by the giver! :)

My Favorite local flower shop! Previously, I purchased arrangements from the old Whole Foods until they closed. So happy the very talented owners opened their own business right across the street. They're very friendly and helpful selecting arrangements. They reminds me of Winston flowers without the Winston price tag. Beautiful, elegant, and affordable! Their flowers are fresh and they last.
Delivery is $10 (with $40 minimum) to surrounding towns. Wayland, Sudbury, Weston, Lincoln,Framingham, and Concord.
