This man is a godsend, and an genius. When things looked the most bleak and hopeless, this man didn't sleep, went into the office well before 6 am, and worked every angle on my case of my second DUI with a very high blow. Malcolm is an ego maniac and trying to take on too many clients. I hired him for a serious but exaggerated charge. He charged me a $15,000 retainer up front and proceeded to do absolutely nothing for me. He was completely unfamiliar with my case and consistently late for court (more than 30 minutes late on more than one occasion). Even the judge admonished him at one point about always being late and having too many clients.
