Our digital presses use 4-color process inks to achieve an endless color spectrum for your job. This also eliminates the need for plate making and lengthy set up times: reducing time and costs.
Acro utilizes in-house flexography presses to achieve a massive volume of labels on demand. We can print any number of colors on any width or length label. The amount of custom colors are endless, and can include 4-color process, metallic, florescent, and even white. In addition, we offer various coatings such as UV, laminate, varnish and others.
Acro Labels utilizes a state-of-the-art Spartanics laser die cutting system to achieve the impossible in label die cutting. Ideal for clients looking for fast and flexible label shapes; this system uses a vector shape from a computer file to laser cut almost any shape into a label. We are taking the lead by investing in this new technology that fits well into out full digital services.
Files must be in a "single file" format that we can simply download to the press, not native files with linked images and fonts. The idea is to avoid file preparation charges. Bleed: If any elements print right to the edge of the finished piece, add 0.0625 to the document size all around. The elements that print to the edge should extend this extra 0.0625 past the final trim boundary.
